May 2, 2024 – UB Greensfelder LLP is pleased to announce that Katherine M. Poldneff, a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Center of Art Inspired Learning (CAL), a nonprofit organization focused on inspiring learning, creativity, and success through the arts for students in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.

Effective April 2024, Poldneff will serve a three-year term on CAL’s Board of Directors.  

Beyond Poldneff’s legal practice in complex commercial litigation and professional liability matters, she volunteers her time with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and is involved with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association/Federal Bar Association Reach Out for Nonprofits Program.
