Lauren L. Wolf

A seasoned attorney with an extensive background in securities law and fund formation, Lauren specializes in high-volume commercial contract review and negotiation for hedge fund, private equity, and other corporate clients. She and her team handle commercial contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, non-reliance letters, vendor contracts, statements of work, and master service agreements.

Lauren has comprehensive experience providing advisory services to clients in the alternative asset management industry in connection with hedge funds, commodity pools, funds of hedge funds, managed accounts, private equity funds, and other related products and structures. She is skilled in drafting and reviewing offering documents, structuring for tax and ERISA considerations, and negotiating and reviewing side letters and ancillary agreements.

Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Lauren was a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Sullivan Wolf Kailus LLC, a boutique, women-owned law firm. Founded in 2012, the firm offered full-service, corporate contract legal capabilities to private equity clients. Lauren began her legal career with Sidley Austin LLP, where she spent five years in the Investment Funds, Advisers, and Derivatives group advising large investment banks, fund of hedge funds managers, commodity trading advisors, and direct trading hedge fund managers based in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
