Joe focuses his legal practice on representing contractors, engineers, architects, and real estate developers in all phases of construction, including contract negotiation, ongoing construction advisory, and dispute resolution. He has litigated and arbitrated disputes involving contract defaults, design and construction defects, project delays, mechanic’s liens, and bond claims. His deep experience in the construction industry enables him to guide clients through complex legal challenges with clarity and strategic foresight.
Joe approaches each matter not only as a litigator but also as a trusted advisor. He helps clients assess the risks and rewards of every dispute, offering practical guidance and creative solutions that support their long-term success.
Prior to joining UB Greensfelder, Joe practiced at a full-service firm in St. Louis, where he represented small and mid-sized businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs in a variety of construction and commercial disputes, including business torts and employment disputes.
Outside his law practice, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is an avid Blues and Cardinals fan and enjoys cooking, fishing, and attending his kids’ youth sporting events.
