May 13, 2024 – UB Greensfelder LLP is pleased to announce that Halden R. Schwallie, an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, has been elected to the Board of Directors of The McGregor Foundation (“McGregor”), a nonprofit organization providing aging services to older adults throughout Northeast Ohio.

Schwallie is serving a three-year term on McGregor’s Board of Directors that began on January 1, 2024. As a member of the Board of Directors, Schwallie works to assist McGregor in ensuring that aging adults have accessible options for aging in place, as well as the safety and well-being that accompanies that access.   

Schwallie concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and the resolution of complex business disputes. He also has substantial experience representing businesses with their government contracting, financial services, and employment needs.
