Anthony is an intellectual property paralegal who supports attorneys and clients throughout the trademark, patent, and copyright prosecution process. He has experience drafting and maintaining legal documents, tracking filing deadlines with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and U.S. Copyright Office, and assisting with litigation support, including legal research, document production, document review, and court filings.
Anthony began his legal career in 2022 as a trademark legal assistant after earning his B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky. Before joining UB Greensfelder, he served as a trademark paralegal, where he gained experience managing trademark prosecution matters, reporting prosecution actions and filings, monitoring attorney and client dockets, and supporting the transition of docket management systems.
Drawing on his intellectual property experience, Anthony brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting clients and attorneys in managing and protecting intellectual property assets.
