Tricia Caucci

Tricia assists clients with estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax-efficient strategies. Her experience includes drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents, as well as advising on business formation and succession planning. Tricia brings a strong foundation in legal writing, client communication, and strategic planning to her work in trusts and estates.

While in law school, Tricia interned with Moneta Group, where she supported estate planning efforts for ultra-high-net-worth clients. She also served as a legal extern for the Office of Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service, assisting with litigation before the U.S. Tax Court. Tricia’s additional experience includes internships with the Washington University Estate Planning Clinic and the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she worked on both civil and criminal matters.

Tricia earned her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University School of Law. She was named to the Dean’s List and received the Meyer Kranzberg Scholarship. Tricia also served as a student representative for LexisNexis and the Student Bar Association and contributed to the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. She holds a B.A. in Public and Professional Writing and a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated summa cum laude.
