Tiffany Zambrano

Tiffany focuses her practice on the representation of various business entities in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial contracts, and due diligence investigations.

While attending Saint Louis University School of Law, Tiffany was on the Dean’s List and received an Academic Excellence Award for earning the highest grade in her School of Law mediation course. During that time, Tiffany was a summer associate with UB Greensfelder and completed an internship with the in-house legal department of Illinois American Water/Missouri American Water.

Prior to enrolling in law school, Tiffany earned her teaching certificate from the University of Missouri-St. Louis while teaching second grade at Saint Louis Language Immersion School through Teach for America St. Louis. She also worked as a legal assistant where she helped businesses file various license applications and assisted with the passage of an amendment to the Missouri Constitution. She completed her undergraduate degree with a double major in psychology and criminal justice systems from Truman State University, where she earned the A+ Recognition Scholarship, the Combined Ability Scholarship, and the President’s Honorary Scholarship.
