Stuart has more than 30 years of experience in planning and administration of estates with expertise in income tax planning and compliance. He concentrates on closely-held business entities, including their creation, operations, acquisition, and sale of their assets and stock. Stuart is ranked as one of Ohio’s “Leaders in Their Field” in Private Wealth Law by Chambers High Net Worth Guide. He has been continuously named to The Best Lawyers in America® in Trusts and Estates and was designated Best Lawyers 2019 “Lawyer of the Year” in Cincinnati for Litigation – Trusts and Estates.
