Kaeanna W. Dzialo

Kaeanna focuses her practice on product liability litigation and defends pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass and toxic tort claims. Having served as a law clerk and extern to several judges, she has a strong understanding of trial practice in civil litigation. Kaeanna is experienced with various aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She represents clients in multidistrict, coordinated, and consolidated proceedings, putative class actions, and “one-off” product liability suits. In addition to litigation, Kaeanna advises clients in matters pending before federal regulatory agencies and has counseled clients on successful nationwide consumer product recalls.
